We absolutely loved working with Sarokey - Shaid and Ky. They did a fabulous job with our kitchen, flooring and stairs giving our home a very modern and elegant look. Here's what made our experience exceptional: 1) Shaid and Natalie worked with us through many design revisions patiently and they had good samples in their design showroom to choose from, plus rendered it all on their software well so we could get a good idea. 2) We couldn't find the right color countertop and made changes for a while on this till we settled on gray. 3) They had good quality kitchen cabinetry at a reasonable price...in fact we found their pricing quite reasonable. Overall, they weren't the cheapest but they were professional and managed the whole remodel without us having to continuously monitor which was good. 4) They quoted something and stuck to it throughout...at one point, they may have even miscalculated the amount of countertop full slabs that needed to be ordered but they stuck to their pricing and didn't reprice with us. 5) They finished our whole project in a couple months and worked at a tremendous speed. Workmanship quality was good. They rerouted plumbing and electricals in no time 6) Their workers had all worked with them for a while and were all professional, courteous and well natured, with big smiles always - Christian, Javier and Carlos. 7) Their flooring and stairs were also done by different contractors but they did a great job. 8) For flooring, we ordered the wood through them and again, I think the pricing for both parts and labor was very good. 9) For invoicing...I think they were exceptionally patient throughout...we would get an invoice and even though it was for thousands and thousands of dollars, we weren't hounded even if we missed payments for many weeks. We paid a small amount upfront and paid in tranches throughout only as work completed which was very fair 10) Finally, we put the ENTIRE kitchen remodel on a credit card. For these large amounts, many ask for check payments so this was pretty good payment-wise and we got points. What could have worked better...sometimes, the planning seemed a little off. For instance, a cabinet came incorrectly sized and even though it sat for a while, no one realized until the day of installation and then it had to be reordered and took many weeks for final run.
